General Notes (Husband)

The town of Stafford, Connecticut was surveyed in 1718 and it's settlement began in 1719. Among the earliest settlers and proprietors were four of the sons of Samuel and Huldah Blodgett: Samuel, Daniel, Joshua, and Josiah. A fifth son, Benjamin, was a landowner in the town for a few years, but he returned to Woburn.
