Richards's marriage to Phoebe Dillon is included in the Hopewell minute Monthly dated 5/16/1798.

He and Phoebe moved with their children; Mary, Lydia, and Rachael to Clinton County, Ohio in 1805 and received into membership by Redstone Monthly Meeting on a minute from Hopewell Monthly Meeting dated 3/3/1805.

Richard and Phoebe Fallis, with their children, Mary, Lydia, Rachael, Eliza, John and Thomas were transferred to the newly Monthly Meeting established 7/1814 along with brother John and Mary Fallis and their children. ¹⁷
